For Husbands, Take 3

Dear Loving Husbands of the World,

This is a laundry hamper. It is where you can put clothes that need to be washed.

This is not a laundry hamper. Putting your clothes on this does not signify anything.

This is also not a laundry hamper. Again - leaving clothes here does not signify anything.

I hope I have helped to clear up any confusion you may have had.

Good night.

Hello! I played softball with Keith for a season when you were pregnant with Kaleb so I know who you are even though you do not know me. I found you through Heidi and...I LOVE TO STALK YOUR BLOG! You truly have a witty perspective on the chaos that is motherhood and marriage. Today I just had to comment because the synchronicity was too much to pass up. I was thinking this morning of writing a blog asking people about the 1 thing you would change about your spouse. For me, it is this! Clothes clothes everywhere! Not to mention the wet towel left on my side of the bed after his shower. YIKES! It has to end!

Today was my husband's day off of work. He was working on the computer until 2:30 when he left for a scout meeting. He was home for dinner then he went to a leadership meeting. I just went into our room. There were 2 dress pants, 2 dress shirts, pajamas, 1 pair of shorts, one sweatshirt, 3 pairs of shoes, 2 belts, 2 pairs of socks and a scouting uniform thrown all over the room. How does he go through so many clothes in one day? I have no idea what is clean or dirty and you better bet not one of these items are anywhere near the laundry hamper! You are not alone! This is a problem in households everywhere!

Hang in there.
